Who we are
Insight Resourcing Pty Ltd ("Insight Resourcing", "we", "us") is a recruitment agency based in Melbourne, Victoria. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
To provide recruitment services we may collect your name, contact details, CV and work history, qualifications, referee details, right-to-work information, and notes from interviews and reference checks. From clients we collect business contact details and information about roles. From website visitors we collect the information you submit through our enquiry form and standard analytics data.
How we use it
- To match candidates with roles and present them to clients, with the candidate's consent
- To communicate with you about opportunities, briefs and our services
- To verify qualifications, references and eligibility to work

Who we share it with
Candidate information is shared with prospective employers only with your agreement. We use trusted service providers, including our recruitment platform (JobAdder) and website host (Netlify), who store information on our behalf. Some providers may store data outside Australia.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing enquiry@insightresourcing.com.au. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us first and we'll respond promptly. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
